Use and disclosure of personal data
We use the personal data you provide exclusively for processing your application for the advertised position. Your personal data will only be disclosed to persons involved in the application process. All employees entrusted with data processing are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of your data.
We do not pass on your personal data to third parties unless you gave us your consent or we are obliged to do so by law and/or by official or court orders.
During the application process, you have the opportunity to rate the application process and our company online with the service provider Softgarden. This feedback may appear on the Softgarden and kununu GmbH rating portals.
With an application, an account is created in our career portal where you can view and manage your application.
There are many career opportunities within our group of companies. We would like to give your application the best possible consideration. Provided that you have given us your consent, we will include your application documents and all the information you have provided in them in the application pool of the agency. The participating companies use the application pool to find suitable candidates for vacant positions. Your data will be deleted 6 months after inclusion in the application pool or, in the case of consideration in a selection process, 6 months after completion of the selection process. Your application documents will only be passed on within the agency; they will not be passed on to third parties.
Retention and deletion of data
Within six months after completion of the specific application process, your data will be automatically deleted. This does not apply if legal regulations prevent deletion, if further storage is necessary for the purpose of providing evidence, or if you have expressly consented to longer storage.
Talent Pool
If you decide to be included in the Talent Pool, the entire company may access your personal data in the event of any job assignments. Your applicant data will be kept in the system for a further 6 months beyond the 6-month period. After this period, you can agree to a further extension. If you do not give your consent, your data will be automatically deleted at the end of the period.

Right to information and revocation

7. CRM-SYSTEM
Pipedrive
We use the CRM system of the provider Pipedrive for better communication with prospects, customers and partners in sales and service.
We collect your first and last name, title, business contact information (company, position, email address, phone number, business address) for the initiation of business and the management of customer and prospect data in the CRM system.
